Jeff Martin
President and Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Martin, president and chief executive officer of Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, is leading the company's expansion in the renewable energy and natural gas markets. Prior to joining Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, Martin served as president and chief executive officer of Sempra Generation and vice president of investor relations at Sempra Energy. Previously, Martin was senior vice president and chief financial officer of NewEnergy, Inc. and president and director of TruePricing, Inc. He also served as corporate counsel at UniSource Energy Corporation and was an attorney at the law firm of Snell & Wilmer, LLP. Martin received a bachelor of science from the United States and Military Academy at West Point, a master's degree in public administration from the University of Texas in El Paso, and a law degree from the University of Miami.

Mike Gallagher
Regional President

Mike Gallagher is regional president of Sempra U.S. Gas & Power's Natural Gas business segment and leads the company's commercial development, origination, operations and project development. Prior to joining Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, Gallagher was senior vice president at Southern California Gas Company—the nation's largest gas utility—in charge of engineering, transmission, storage and distribution facilities. Previously, Gallagher managed Sempra Generation's fleet of gas-fueled and renewable power plants. He was also a partner at Sterling Energy Operations and worked 11 years with Duke Energy's nuclear power plants and non-utility assets. Gallagher has more than 25 years of experience in the power-generation industry.

Ryan O'Neal
Vice President, Operations Center

Ryan O'Neal is vice president at Sempra U.S. Gas & Power in charge of the Operations Center business segment where he leads an integrated asset optimization organization for the company's gas-fueled power plants, natural gas pipelines and natural gas storage facilities. Prior to joining Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, O'Neal served in several senior executive roles at Sempra Pipelines & Storage, including COO of the company's midstream group and vice president of commercial and business development for natural gas infrastructure in the U.S. and internationally. Previously O'Neal held various positions within Sempra and Southern California Gas Co., and began his career with an independent oil and gas production company.

Kevin Sagara
Vice President, Renewables and Corporate Development

Kevin Sagara is vice president of Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, overseeing all aspects of the Renewables Energy business segment. Sagara also leads the Corporate Development group, responsible for directing the company's acquisitions and project development. Sagara has over 25 years of corporate legal experience and served most recently as the VP and general counsel of Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, Sempra Pipelines & Storage, and Sempra Global.

Bruce Folkmann
Vice President and Controller

Bruce Folkmann, Vice President and Controller of Sempra U.S. Gas and Power, is a CPA. Bruce has been employed in the energy industry since 2000, with special emphasis on technical accounting matters, including derivatives accounting and reporting. Bruce began his career at a large, public accounting firm, and worked in internal audit for a large, multinational corporation. Bruce holds Accounting and Finance degrees from the University of Houston's Honors College. He graduated in 1992.

Mark Fisher
Vice President, MLP Administration

Mark Fisher is Vice President of MLP Administration for Sempra U.S. Gas & Power. He recently served as vice president, controller for Sempra U.S. Gas & Power and leading the company's accounting, financial reporting, and back office operations. Fisher has served in multiple leadership roles at Sempra, including assistant controller for Sempra Energy and vice president and controller for Sempra Energy's infrastructure development businesses.

Monica Haas
Vice President, Administration and External Affairs

Monica Haas is vice president, finance and external affairs at Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, leading the company's human resources, IT, procurement, communication and external affairs. With more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry, Haas most recently was vice president of corporate planning for Sempra Energy, where she oversaw Sempra Energy's corporate planning activities including long and short-term planning, investment analysis and management performance reporting.

Robert Borthwick
Chief Counsel, Legal and Compliance

Robert Borthwick is chief counsel at Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, leading the company's law department as well as the regulatory and compliance functions. With more than 20 years experience as a lawyer, Borthwick most recently was Associate General Counsel at Sempra Energy. Prior to joining Sempra Energy, Borthwick practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and served as a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney's Office in Los Angeles.

James Sahagian
Vice President, Chief Development Officer

James Sahagian is Chief Development Officer at Sempra U.S. Gas & Power in charge of marketing natural gas products and services nationally. Previously, Sahagian was in charge of the company's Renewable Energy business segment, which also included commercial development, origination, and finance. Sahagian served as vice president of corporate development for Sempra Energy where he spearheaded the company's entry into renewable energy. He was also vice president of commercial development for Sempra LNG and vice president of planning and analysis for Sempra Generation. Prior to joining Sempra Energy, Sahagian was president of an energy project developer and founder of a generation equipment manufacturing and project development firm.

John Pirraglia
Vice President, Operations

John Pirraglia is vice president, operations in charge of Sempra U.S. Gas & Power's natural gas infrastructure assets in the Southeast U.S. Pirraglia was previously vice president of project development and operations for Sempra Pipelines and Storage, and has over 25 years of experience in energy infrastructure design and engineering, including pipeline, wells and surface facilities.

Joe Rowley
Vice President, Power

Joe Rowley is vice president, renewable power development at Sempra U.S. Gas & Power where he oversees development of the company's renewable energy projects. Rowley has decades of experience in the energy industry, having previously served in various leadership roles at Sempra Generation where he developed 2,600 megawatts of natural gas and renewable generation.

Bill Engelbrecht
Vice President, Commercial Development

William Engelbrecht is vice president, Commercial Development for Sempra U.S. Gas & Power where he oversees the marketing and development of the company's Midwest infrastructure. Previously, Engelbrecht served as Vice President of planning at Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, responsible for leading the company's business planning and financial analysis functions. A 30-year veteran of the energy industry, he has held a range of engineering and leadership positions in transmission, resource and strategic planning, industry restructuring, marketing, fuel procurement, financial analysis, and engineering and construction.

Sue Bradham
Regional Vice President, Commercial Development

Sue Bradham is Regional Vice President, Commercial Development for Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, in charge of the natural gas based fuels business. Most recently, Bradham was responsible for new business development in Latin America. She also had lead commercial responsibility for developing, structuring, and negotiating the primary agreements for Sempra's LNG business. Previously, Bradham held strategic planning and analytical roles both internally and externally. Bradham holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurial management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Curtis Kebler
Regional Vice President, Commercial Development

Curtis Kebler is Regional Vice President, Commercial Development at Sempra U.S. Gas Power where he is responsible for the company's Southeast midstream infrastructure business. Most recently, Kebler was Managing Director in charge of origination and marketing for the company's power generation assets. He has been in the energy industry for more than 25 years and has broad knowledge of the structure, operation and performance of U.S. electric power and natural gas markets. Kebler received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
